Each player is permitted to hold one active gol1x account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gol1x reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or winnings pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, valid phone number or email address, date of birth, and any other information requested by gol1x. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

gol1x may require identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal, when account activity appears unusual, or when required by internal compliance procedures. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gol1x username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. gol1x will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional rewards offered by gol1x are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of this Agreement when accepted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gol1x, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the gol1x platform, even if gol1x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gol1x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, gol1x will provide reasonable notice via the platform. Your continued use of the gol1x platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, transaction, bonus, or any other matter relating to your gol1x account, you should contact gol1x support in the first instance. gol1x aims to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting a dispute, including your username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence. gol1x's decision on disputes is final following internal review.

If any provision of these T&C is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these T&C. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
